The WIC and Food Stamp Programs
The
FoodSource Hotline provides a critical link between hungry families and the
programs that can help. Last year over 35,000 people from all regions of
the state called the FoodSource Hotline to be screened for Food Stamps, get
information on WIC guidelines, find out about emergency food programs in
their city/town and learn about other free and low-cost food resources.
People were also able to access information at the Food Stamp and WIC
websites shown below.
